This website is operated by 3rd Sense Aromatica, a brand of Vijayaa Chandpaani Ecom India. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to 3rd Sense Aromatica. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Our incense is hand-rolled, so stick length, colour, scent strength and burn time vary naturally between batches. We make every effort to display colours and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen shows them exactly. We may limit sales of any product to any person, region or jurisdiction, limit quantities, change descriptions or pricing, or discontinue any product at any time. Any offer is void where prohibited.

SECTION 6 – SAFE USE OF INCENSE AND BURNERS
Incense produces an open ember and smoke. By buying our products you agree to use them responsibly:
- Always burn incense on a heat-resistant holder or ash catcher, away from curtains, paper and anything flammable.
- Never leave burning incense unattended, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
- Burn in a well-ventilated space. If you have asthma, allergies or other respiratory sensitivities, or are pregnant, consult a doctor before use.
- Brass and metal burners become hot during use; handle them with care.
- Our products are for fragrance and ritual use only. They are not for consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse of our products.

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We may refuse any order. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order, including orders under the same account, card, or billing or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the email, address or phone number provided. We may limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to update it promptly so we can complete your transactions and contact you.

SECTION 8 – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders ship from India. You are the importer of record for your order and are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your country, as set out in our Shipping Policy (https://3insense.com/policies/shipping-policy). You are responsible for checking that our products may be legally imported where you live.

SECTION 9 – GIFTS AND PROMOTIONS
Gifts, discounts and promotional offers are available while stocks last, apply only under the conditions stated with each offer, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. We may substitute a gift of equal or greater value if an item is unavailable.

We may give you access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY AND TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred before termination survive termination. These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us. You may end them at any time by notifying us or by ceasing to use our site. If we believe you have failed to comply with any term, we may terminate this agreement without notice; you remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.
